About us and our team

I established A Touch of Colour in 2002 as a small painting and decorating company with only me at the helm. I offered traditional painting, decorating and property maintenance within the Richmond area. After many years of being a sole trader, working with estate agents and private clients, I decided to expand in 2016.

Over the next two years, the business grew exponentially and in 2018 I became a limited company initially employing 3 contractors and expanded to cover the whole of south west London and Surrey. By 2020, the team had grown to include up to 20 painters and decorators and working partnerships with many skilled tradesmen. In 2021, I decided to upgrade our systems to include airless spraying, as well as keeping traditional hand-painting options for our clients. These unique and state-of-the-art systems ensure a smooth, immaculate finish to all woodwork, furniture, walls, ceilings and kitchens. All of our sprayers are City and Guilds assured and have completed the required training.

Customer satisfaction is our upmost priority and we aim to share each client’s vision for their home, office or workplace.
